Pirin Park Hotel ***** hosted a specially organized informative tour for British journalists, held January 19, 2012.
It was attended by journalists from leading British media. Their visit was organized by the Bulgarian Ministry of Economy, Energy and Tourism, Bulgarian Union of Balneology and SPA Tourism (BUBSPA) as well as hoteliers and tour operators, with the aim to show quality Bulgarian tourism product.
The journalists visited the prominent Bulgarian resorts of Velingrad, Hissar, Bansko and Sandanski, as the best impressions, comments and product reviews have been written about Sandanski SPA destination. During the two-day visit in the resort the guests were introduced to the region's rich history, cultural monuments, incredibly soft and favorable climate, and were convinced of the healing properties of the hot mineral water there. Most common was the opinion that the SPA procedures offered at the Pirin Park Hotel are at a world-class level. “Just shortly after the journalists" recommendations we received the first inquiries by British tourists about a summer SPA vacation in Pirin Park Hotel and Sandanski”, Ms Fidanka Koteva, Marketing and Sales Manager at Pirin Park Hotel shares. The guests were also impressed by the massages with typically Bulgarian essential oils of Rosa Damascena and geranium.
